Company Overview
Guangzhou Yihang Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 and provides one-stop PCB fabrication and PCBA assembly services. From our 3,000 m² manufacturing facility in Nansha District, Guangzhou, we support customers from prototype sampling through to volume production.
We operate six automated SMT production lines and bring PCB fabrication, surface mount assembly, DIP / through-hole assembly, functional testing and box build assembly together under one manufacturing programme. PCB production is supported by both in-house capabilities and qualified manufacturing partners, allowing us to offer flexible solutions for different project requirements — from quick-turn prototypes to stable volume runs.
Our production follows the IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 soldering standard, and our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001, with incoming, in-process, final and outgoing inspection applied to every order.

Bare boards are produced through our own fabrication capability and qualified manufacturing partners, so board specifications can be matched to each project.
Quality Assurance
A four-stage inspection system covers every order, from incoming materials through to shipment.
Sampling inspection of purchased components — brand, specification and appearance are verified before any material is released to the line.
First-article confirmation and patrol inspection every two hours, with SPI solder paste inspection and AOI optical inspection applied to every board.
Full visual inspection, ICT / FCT functional testing and burn-in testing, with non-conforming units isolated and handled separately.
Packaging checks, label verification and outgoing sampling inspection before goods are released for delivery.
