One manufacturing programme, from bare board to finished assembly

We provide one-stop PCB fabrication and PCBA assembly services from our facility in Nansha District, Guangzhou, supporting customers from prototype sampling through to volume production.

PCB manufacturing is delivered through our own fabrication capability together with qualified manufacturing partners, so we can offer flexible bare-board solutions for different project requirements. Component assembly, testing and final integration are carried out in-house on six automated SMT production lines.

Our production follows the IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 soldering standard and our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001, with incoming, in-process, final and outgoing inspection applied to every order.

Company History

Guangzhou Yihang Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 in Dongchong Town, Nansha District, Guangzhou, as a contract electronics manufacturer. For more than two decades the company has concentrated on a single discipline — assembling printed circuit boards that perform reliably once they are in the field.

That focus has shaped how we have grown. Rather than spreading across unrelated product lines, we have invested continuously in the equipment, process control and people required to assemble boards: from 01005 chip components and fine-pitch BGA devices through to through-hole assembly, functional testing and complete box build.

Today the company operates six automated SMT production lines in a 3,000 m² manufacturing facility and employs more than 70 people, serving customers in consumer electronics, industrial control, communication equipment and renewable energy.

Manufacturing Facility

Production takes place in a modern, dust-controlled workshop in Dongchong Town, Nansha District, Guangzhou. The floor is laid out as a continuous SMT and DIP flow: solder paste printing, SPI solder paste inspection, high-speed and multi-function component placement, ten-zone reflow, AOI optical inspection, through-hole and selective wave soldering, functional testing, and final assembly and packing.

The SMT lines are equipped with automatic solder paste printers, SPI systems and in-line AOI, so print quality, placement quality and solder joints are verified during production rather than only at the end of the line.

Board handling, ESD control, solder material management and component storage follow the procedures required for the IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 assemblies we build. Every order can be traced back through its production records.

Quality Commitment

Quality at Yihang is a production discipline, not a final checkpoint. Inspection is built into every stage of the process so that problems are found where they are created.

A four-stage inspection system — IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC — covers incoming materials, in-process production, final inspection and outgoing shipment. First-article confirmation and two-hourly patrol inspection run alongside SPI solder paste inspection and AOI optical inspection on every board.
