What to Include in Your Enquiry
Six items are enough for us to quote accurately. If something is still undecided, send what you have and we will ask the rest.
| Item | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Name and company | So we know who we are quoting and can address the reply correctly. |
| Email address | Where the quotation should be sent. |
| Service required | PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, or both — this decides the process route. |
| Project details | Board size, layer count and component count, plus anything unusual such as fine-pitch BGA, heavy copper or mixed SMT and through-hole. |
| Estimated quantity | Prototype, small batch or volume — quantity drives both price and lead time. |
| Gerber files and BOM | The two files that let us quote accurately. Attach them if you have them. |
Files can be sent as e-mail attachments. Large archives are fine — if your mail provider refuses the attachment, tell us and we will suggest an alternative way to transfer it.
