Industries Served

Industries We Serve

Manufacturing experience across four electronics sectors. Each one brings its own packaging mix, test requirements and quality expectations — and each one shapes how we set up the line.

Sector Experience

Manufacturing Experience, Sector by Sector

The list below reflects the end markets our boards are built for. It is not a customer list — we do not publish customer names, and we do not publish case studies without written permission.

Consumer Electronics

Smartphones and accessories, smart home devices, wearables and audio products. These products combine high component density with tight cost targets, so the assembly stage has to be fast without losing placement accuracy.

Industrial Control

PLC controllers, industrial sensors, servo drives and human-machine interfaces. Industrial boards are usually mixed-technology, with fine-pitch logic alongside connectors, relays and power devices that have to be wave soldered.

Communication Equipment

Routers, network switches, 5G modules and optical communication equipment. High-speed signal integrity places real demands on both the bare board and the assembly process, which is why fabrication and assembly sit with one supplier.

Renewable Energy

Photovoltaic inverters, energy storage systems, EV chargers and power management units. These products run hot and carry high currents, so the emphasis falls on through-hole assembly, heavy copper and thermal performance.

Standards and Sector Requirements

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001, and production follows the IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 soldering acceptance standard.

Some sectors expect additional approvals on top of that. Where a project is subject to sector-specific requirements, tell us which standard applies at enquiry stage. We will confirm in writing what we can support before you place an order, rather than implying a capability we cannot evidence.

Documentation, traceability and test coverage are all agreed at quotation stage, so there is no ambiguity about what will be delivered once production starts.
